When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is determined by weight and location. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will see the shipping charges based on your order. We will process your order immediately after payment is received.

Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the “MY ACCOUNT” link in the menu bar. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the drop down menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
How can I get free shipping?
We offer free shipping for retail orders that total $100 or more and are under 10 lbs. This should be applied automatically at checkout. If there are any issues, please contact email@example.com.
How is my order shipped?
We use Canada Post Expedited shipping. We are able to use other couriers, but they may be subject to additional fees. Should you wish us to use another courier, or a different method from Canada Post, please email us or add in comments at checkout. Please note we may use an alternative courier depending on the situation – if we choose to do so, we will NOT charge you any additional fees. We strive to use the most efficient, and cost-effective, method we can.
How much is shipping?
The cost of shipping will depend on your location and the weight of your order.
How do I return my item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact us and we will ship you a pre-paid return label and package for you to mail the incorrect products back to us. This will be included in the package of correct replacement products we will send you. All products must be in their original packaging with no signs of tampering (including the heat-sealed sleeve around the bottle).
