How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please email us at email@example.com to cancel/modify your order.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email when your order is shipped stating the tracking number. If you do not receive this, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the online contact form under “CONTACT US” and we will send you your tracking number.
My order never arrived.
Use the tracking number provided to track your order. If your tracking number does not register with Canada Post, please email us at email@example.com to verify that it is correct.
An item is missing from my shipment.
Please match your invoice/packing slip to the item delivered. If you find any discrepancies, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can ship your missing products to you.
